En Juicebar is a cozy little spot that packs a punch when it comes to their Açaí bowls. If you've been on the hunt for the perfect bowl in Stockholm, look no further because this place takes the cake. It might not be the only one in town, but it certainly stands out amongst the competition. Last summer, my friends and I made it a ritual to start our days at En Juicebar before embarking on our adventures around the archipelago. The food and drinks were top-notch and fuelled us up for the long days ahead. But what really made the experience special was the staff. One particular staff member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even shared her favorite hidden beach outside of the city, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Now, I know not every experience can be perfect, and one of my friends wasn't blown away by En Juicebar. They found the food selection limited during the weekends and weren't impressed with the flavors. The bread used for toast and waffles was cold and hard to eat. However, they did appreciate the cozy interior and the friendly staff. If you're tired of the same old brunch options, En Juicebar offers a refreshing change. Their breakfast menu is full of unique and delicious options that will make your taste buds sing. From their avokado-egg to their apple, kale, and lime juice, everything is made fresh and bursting with flavor. Overall, En Juicebar is a charming spot for a tasty breakfast or brunch. While opinions may vary, there's no denying that their Açaí bowls are a force to be reckoned with. So why not give it a try? Who knows, you might just find your new favorite breakfast spot in Stockholm.
Café & Bageri Pascal is a delightful bakery and café in Stockholm, recommended by my local friend who knows a thing or two about good food. And boy, were they spot-on with this recommendation! The star of the show here is undoubtedly the chocolate croissant, which is simply excellent. But what sets this place apart from other coffee shops in the city is the wide variety of baked goods they offer. No boring, mass-produced pastries here – Pascal takes pride in their unique selection. The seating options at Café & Bageri Pascal are plentiful, both inside and outside. Whether you prefer a cozy nook indoors or enjoying your treats al fresco, there's a spot for everyone. Speaking of treats, if you're looking to take something home, you'll be pleased to find plenty of family-sized loaves on offer alongside the usual mouthwatering single-bite pastries. If you're an early bird, Café & Bageri Pascal has got your back. They open their doors at 8:00 AM on Saturdays, making it one of the few cafes in the area that caters to those in need of a caffeine fix and breakfast before the rest of the city is even awake. Be warned though, even arriving shortly after opening, you might find a small queue forming already. The menu here is impressive, with options to suit all tastes. While they didn't have chai lattes when I visited, they did have chai tea bags if you're in the mood for a warm, aromatic cuppa. As for the food, I can personally vouch for the croissant and the cheese and tomato sandwich, both of which were absolutely delicious. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it clear why I saw so many customers with babies and dogs. So, if you're in Stockholm and craving a delightful bakery experience, look no further than Café & Bageri Pascal. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. And don't forget to snap a photo of their incredible latte art – it's like a little spring tulip in your cup!
